So 15K at an average of 150 MPH would be 100 hrs…Most cars change at 3K to 7K I think…7.5K would get you about 50 hours..??

There is no stop and go to build up water and stuff.  I bet you could get 100 hours on 12 quarts of Mobil 1 with no adverse effects.

And what about synthetics?  My BMW goes 15K between oil changes, and I am going on 175K miles, without a burp.

I don't recall this being discussed on the Fly Rotary list in the recent past.  So, here goes...

What is the consensus regarding oil change intervals for normally aspirated rotary powered a/c, assuming Mobil 1 and a high quality oil filter.   I want to err on the safe side, but with a 12 quart capacity, we're talking about $100 per oil change.   I don't want to damage my engine/psru, but I also don't want to dump good oil either.
