My flying club used 50 hours as the time in service for oil changes, or 
every 6 mos whichever came first. Granted this was non-rotary, but this 
correlates with fleet management vehicle programs that I am familiar 
with (ambulances, fire trucks that have lots of engine hours compared to 
miles driven)..
