Bob, I had the same problem. Was not able to find a new one. Found a case that worked with the original 37 pin plug. I'll check if I still have it?

I would like to find an adaptor of some kind to get a lower profile on my EC2. I had the 90 degree end installed, but it still takes up over 2" of space. In my case it will hit the fuel tank. I can modify the tank if necessary. But if it was as simple as plugging a low profile adaptor, that would be the thing to do.
