I noticed that the bushings that Fred = furnished with the motor mount plate are not up the job.  The = bottom half has crushed down by close to =BC inch.   I wonder = what mounts the rest of you are  using?  The lower picture is = of the left (pilot) side and the top is the copilot side.  Both are = on the front.  The rear seems to be holding up ok.  I first = noticed this when I saw that my spinner was not aligned with the cowl = very well=85
Any suggestions would be = greatly appreciated.
