It doesn't include an airplane however, so my RD1C gear reduction will be for sale. I still need to check it internally, but don't really think there was any damage from the prop strike. The carbon fiber blades sheared off, and the free play seems about right. The engine is going into a Sunbeam Alpine assuming I can get it to fit OK. I'm going on the theory that if Shelby could put a Ford 260 in one I can get the rotary in there, and hopefully a lot easier. My plan at the moment is to install it about the same way it was in the BD-4 with the EC2 and EM2. Not sure how I will get a speedometer reading yet but I can always use the GPS if I have to. I haven't seen any evidence that anyone else has done this, so it should be pretty unique. It's also possible I may be making as much or more power than some of the Tigers so that will be interesting. I also had an idea I wanted to try out for the radiator. Now I will have something to try it on. If anyone is interested in the RD1C, let me know. I will put an ad on Tracy's web site after I check the internals. It's been too cold in the hanger the last couple of months to do much out there. At least I can't get too enthused about it. Bob W.
