Hi Al,

Tracy's EC2 uses 35BTDC static timing as a starting point.  The
computer changes the actual timing to something else.

I have all the  latest updates on the EC2, and I have double checked the static timing set at  35o BTDC.  From that point on the EC2 is handling the timing  curve with rpm and MAP.

Al, was 35° BTDC Tracys suggested timing? That sounds like too much lead to  me. I thought the base timing was closer to 25° than 35°. Not certain, but that  is the way I remember it. I think Lynn metioned running 28° total. Just the way  I remember it I certainly could be wrong.
