I'm wondering if I could count on someone from the rotary community to present an engine forum (or forums) at the COPPERSTATE Regional EAA Fly-In, Casa Grande, Arizona (KCGZ) October 25-28, 2007 www.COPPERSTATE.org For over ten years we (CONTACT! Magazine) have been hosting the alternative engine forum tent at COPPERSTATE and it's been quite a long time since we offered a rotary forum, but not from a lack of trying. My first year hosting (about five years ago) we had Tracy scheduled, but he had to cancel, so I stood in his place. Needless to say, there were a few disappointed individuals in the tent that hour. Since then I've not had any luck filling the rotary void. Paul Lamar has volunteered to present this year, through the forums director, but I've yet to speak with him about what he plans to present. It would be nice if someone who is planning to fly their rotary to the event could come forward and offer to give a presentation on the actual installation and day-to-day operation of a rotary aircraft. Thanks!!! Pat Editor@ContactMagazine.com
