Good one!
The flow for 100hp is plenty.
I like the Aero Carb for it's simplicity - see what feed back you can get on the so called " perfect flow passage".

Would you mind giving me some feed- back if/when you get one, I think I will make my own and would like you to clarify some aspects of the AC.

What I have worked out so far is that handle on the threaded rod is the throttle and it MAY adjust the needle height as the needle holder also has a thread. The other end is the fuel into jet with a screw in and out for leaning and enriching. The front flange plate has integral cable holders - neat idea.
The AC is the closest design to the POSA - with improvements of course. Very simple, simple Carb.
