 No, Wagner actually have bends from 15 deg to 180 deg as stock,   such as  45, 33, 120, 90, etc.  You can get specialized bends but you wouldn't want to pay for that.
 
Look at their catalog under "elbows" and you can probably find the size and bends necessary for you want.  They generally have them in tubing size (more limited selection) but, almost anything in pipe size.  They generally have schedule 40 pipe and sometimes even thinner wall schedule 20 pipe in stainless steel.
 
But, if they don't have it, I agree, cheaper to get a length of SS tubing and take it to a muffler shop.

I used Wagoner 0.11 wall ( 304SS pipe) , with over 400 hours of run time and still looking good.  It  was considerably cheaper than other places.

Did you buy a 20 ft. rail and then cut and take it to a local muffler shop for bending?
