Hi Jim,
Didn't make it to Oshkosh this year due to the backlog of work to complete here.  Too bad, I think this is the first one I've missed in 12 years.  Glad to hear that there were at least a few planes there to 'fly the rotary flag'.

Also, congrats on the nice article on you and your Delta in Sport Aviation.

Out of the 16 aircraft that participated in the Homebuilt Review at Oshkosh this year, 2 were Rotary powered.
David Atkins flew his Vans RV6 with his modified 13B and Powersport re-drive.
Dave has he done much to support the rotary movement for many years by being a very active promoter at Oshkosh
since the early 1990's.
Also flown in the review was a Velocity 173RG powered by a Powersport Rotary engine and reduction unit.
The builder of this aircraft recently passed away and it is
up for sale by his twin brother.
There was one other Rotary powered aircraft on display which belongs to Chuck Dunlap. Chuck is also a long time proponent of the Rotary and has been to Oshkosh many times as well.
Conspicuously absent this year was Tracy Crook.
Several people asked if he was going to attend but I could not give them a definitive answer.
