Sorry to hear of your problems. I know you = are=20 chomping at the bit to get your plane flying. Did you make your own = harness=20 for the EM2 and EC2? I am just thinking having it made up might help = me=20 prevent some problems.

I=20 still need to come down and check out your plane and progress. I have = been so=20 busy lately with my plane, work and family I haven't had a chance to = come=20 down. Sure would like to check things out. Hopefully I won't have as = much=20 frustration. I wonder if there isn't some way to avoid some of these = problems=20 that seem to be inherent to these computers.

I am thrilled to hear of your = purchase. I was=20 saddened by Buly's choice, but more power to him...gotta admit that = a few=20 days recently tracking down grimlins gets my mind to understand his=20 choice.....understand, even if not agree. For me it is = just the=20 frustration of the moment, which at times is part of the fun. =20

Of course, today, as I = re-terminated all=20 my wire runs (and then verified continuity of each line) for = everything=20 connected to the ECU and EM2, fun was the last word I was = shouting=20 out. Dang it.......I am still getting the EM2 stuck in = calibration=20 mode. DOH! The engine did start right up though after = all the=20 re-terminations, but the EM display continues to stay in calibration = mode=20 (Select Channel 0; on the first line and Coolant Temperature on the = second=20 line), when I press the button to clea it it flashes to the main = screen for=20 about a second and goes back to the calibration mode. So, a = lot a=20 effort but no forward progress. Opps, sorry, I degress to my = current=20 frustration <g>
