That would eliminate the switches as the problem. Considering the steps you have already taken, I think there is most likely a problem in the EM2. Since it was working, then quit and you have replaced the switches and wiring, it seems unlikely that the problem is there. In an earlier message you mentioned all the unused inputs were grounded per the manual. It sounds like you did that right, but just to be sure, only the unused signal inputs on P1 and P2 should be grounded. That's just one pin per sensor. None of the unused pins on P3 should be grounded. Those grounds mainly give the EM2 a stable reading on the unused sensors. Bob W.
