Now Mark...if you drop in to visit Kelly you'll have to drop into my airport as well!  2OK2 is only 130/8 DME off the Tinker AFB VORTAC; 2700 ft., lighted, and ready to have a hot rod 20B Lancair come by for a visit!  It appears that Texas is fast becoming the leading state in Rotary completions with Bill Eslick, his neighbor (Jason H.??), Dennis Haverlah and you about read to finally aviate!
