I found this old email from Rusty from 2004, (I just knew I had it
somewhere) here is what he said then but has since recanted some of the sizes,
so if someone can correct this we can get a good listing of all the thread sizes
some day.

Welcome to
flyrotary. Here is a running list of thread sizes that I've kept in
my notes. If anyone can add to these, it would be great. Actually,
it would be nice if we could assemble a list of all the thread sizes for bolts
in the engine too. I just wish I had kept better notes on some
of these things.

Water temp in water pump housing-
M12 X 1.5
Oil temp (in pan)- M16 X 1.5
Oil pressure- M10 X 1.0
Other fittings-
The
front cover oil outlet fitting is a 16mm X 1.5
the
drain plug appears to be a 14mm x 1.5 (haven’t verified that yet).
the
port for oil return on the rear housing is an 18mm x 1.5.
