Ed what they have done here is to package a small capcitive discharge
circuit in the plug. This naturally has a fast rise time. In 1969 Kawasaki ran a
battery powered CDI running a DC-DC converter to charge a cap with 400 volts.
Super fast rise time, ultra high voltage, VERY SHORT Duration. When run with
standard plugs you needed to run .080 gap just to get it to fire the mixture.
Buy cheap regular plugs, and change them often. You will be way
ahead.
