I am referring to the motor mount holes in the intermediate housing.

Hi Wendell,

I remembered that I have almost a whole 2nd gen engine in a box in the corner of my garage.  Unfortunately, this box is guarded by black widow spiders (wish I was kidding), so at extreme risk (well not THAT extreme), and to demonstrate the usefulness  of the thread gauge (buy one and maybe I'll get commission), I pulled out the box-o-parts.  All three bolt of the mount holes in the intermediate housing in my box are M12 x 1.5 pitch.

Good luck with your bolt quest :-)

Rusty
Thanks Rusty,
I sure appreciate your going the extra mile and risking your life to get this information. I'll now check with MC C. to purchase some shorter ones to go through the 1/2" engine mount and oil pan. Originals are too long and are a cap screw type (threaded on end only). I need to order other stuff form them too.
Wendell
