I am referring to the motor mount holes in the intermediate housing. 
 
I thought you had supplied all the bolt sizes in the past but as of yet, have not found it on my computer. 
 
I made note of bolt sizes as I ran across them, but I don't have any note about those.  There were also occasions where I was told that my bolt sizes were wrong, suggesting that they changed sizes somewhere during production, so it's never a sure thing. 
 
I know I have a rear housing for a 3rd gen laying around, but I'm not sure if I have an intermediate 2nd gen to check. 
 
I'd suggest that you do yourself a favor, and order one of the thread gauges below from McMaster Carr (or something like it).  I have one at home, and one at the hanger, and it's the sort of thing that you won't believe you were able to get along without.

Thread-It Nut and Bolt Gauge
   This gauge provides a quick, easy, and accurate way to determine bolt, screw, and nut sizes. Bolts and screws thread into the holes on one side of the gauge; nuts thread onto the plugs on the opposite side. All plugs and holes are stamped with the size and are furnished on a cable with a hanging loop.
   Measures both fine and coarse thread. Inch sizes: #6, #8, and  3/16" to  1/2" (14 sizes total); and metric sizes: M4 x 0.7, M5 x 0.8, M6 x 1.0, M7 x 1.0, M8 x 1.0, M8 x 1.25, M10 x 1.0, M10 x  1.25, M10 x 1.5, M12 x 1.25, M12 x 1.5, and M12 x 1.75.
