First, I seem to be having a problem with the ECU's PCM. When I press the
store button in mode 0, it will fire the injectors as if they are in mode
1's test mode instead of just prime. I can get 'em to quite by changing the
mode select, but it is troublesome.

I witnessed this during our last test run. I am of the belief that the mechanical thumbwheel may be at fault here. One thing we havent tried to my knowledge is to "try to advance it beyond mode zero" to see if it stops as well, with the suspicion that when in mode 0 indicated, it may actually be in mode 1, as well as being in mode 1 when mode 1 is indicated. I forsee us shipping things back to florida before this is over tho.

SECOND, and my current focus, is I have lost spark. I get no spark when
cranking or placing the ECU in mode 8 and test firing the plugs. This is
the same with both computer A and B.

Coil disable switches? Coil Circuit breakers? (i know.. you said you had power.. just thinking out loud).

Honestly I find it hard to believe that 4 coils on 2 separate power circuits are all non functional as a result of a coil failure. Again, may have a problem with the EC2 again. Did we try to see if there was test firing in any other mode besides 8 (like 7 or 9).. again.. the thumbwheel is already high on my list of probables.
