I was wondering about the fuel return too, not as to why we are not getting a start, but more in general since the Mistral intake has a pin hole at the end of the fuel rail as it enters the return hose.

The return line is the same size as the inlet lines.....fitted for a AN 6 connection (can't think what makes the hose)

Don’t crank more than about 3-4 seconds with cold start switch on. Could flood it.

I have -6 feed line and return line, with two of Tracy’s pumps.  One pump gives 40 psi (engine off), and two pumps give 42-43.

Seems like it would be a good idea to have the EM2 installed and operational before attempting engine run.  It could give you some useful/necessary information.

As mentioned a week or so ago, the temp sensor for Controller A can easily be replaced with a fixed resistor.  Remove the connector plug, and measure the resistance between pin 11 and pin31 on the unit.  It will either be about 3 kOhm or about 10 kOhm.  Connect in that size resistor in place of temp sender.

Good luck,

Al
