Make a big change. Make only one change for each test. Pictures and a log
of changes to match up with the pictures. Keep a log of the test program.
Any big HVAC shop can make turning vanes. There are thousands of turning
vanes in any big building. That is what makes a 90 degree turn in an air handler
work at all. They may have a CNC press brake that can make any size you want and
make them in aluminum if you take a sheet in for them. They can make very
effective race car wings as well.
