Today I moved the KIS out of the hanger, tied it to the car, and proceeded to try to start the engine.
After a couple of minutes cranking to get oil pressure up, I engaged the injectors and it fired up and RAN.
Coolant temperature moved appropriately, indicating that I had flow through the system, no coolant leaks, two small oil leaks (sensor, and blank-off plate ).
Didn't take it above 3000 rpm on this first run, and on shut-down I forgot to save the Blue Mountain data to get the temperature data, etc.
Engine was not optimally tuned, but it ran, will work on tuning next.
