It's an interesting idea, and could be a really nice product to have available.  I guess my first comment would be how you'd determine which of the various oval shapes you'd have them produce?  Over the years, Mazda has made a number of different port shapes and sizes.  Thinking forward, perhaps sticking with the Renesis choices would be a good idea.  Isn't the exhaust oval as well on the Renesis?  Yet another nice thing to have an oval tube for :-)
 
As for material, I don't know if I'd have a problem with very thin walled steel for an intake.  It would sure be easier to weld...  I know I'll be looking for oval to round 180 degree bends for the single rotor for the next intake.
