I’m seeing oil temps out of the re-drive = (RD-1B) about 30-40F higher than the oil in at cruise power on my 20B.  Is = this typical?

 

This is a bit higher than I was previously seeing. = I use an EGT TC to monitor the temp, and recently changed from an = ‘ungrounded’ to ‘grounded’ TC connection/configuration; which could = account for the difference.
