You are up-to something Rusty. When I checked my look up tables,
they
were flat. Do you think Tracy flat lined my EC2? :)
I tried
also with EM2 turned off. Injectors did not react.

I thought about this
some more, and want to change my odds from one in a million, to one in ten
million. The EM-2 can't touch controller B, and you've tried two
different EC-2s.
Was there a question
about whether Bob's EC-2 is set up for the same CAS? Even so, you'd think
the simulator would work, but that's a Tracy question.
I hate to say it, but there really
should be only two options for troubleshooting. One is to put the
wiring back like it was when it was working. The other is to wait
until Tracy gets back, and let him take another look at the gizmos. Of
course if he finds nothing wrong, you'll be back to putting the wiring back like
it was anyway.
