Rusty, I cut all the wires to the secondaries, hoping that the
primaries will kick in. Didn't work.

Hi Buly,

Maybe I'm still confused.  Did you replace all 4 injector wires with shielded cable, or just the secondaries?  Trying to run on the primaries only is fine if you didn't change the wire on the primaries.  If you did, then you'll need to test at least one injector without the shielded wire.

Not only that, but the blasted
NOP is blinkin, blinkin.....

That's almost certainly not keeping your engine from running, but it IS suspicious.  Since you're desperate, have you tried removing power to the EM-2 to see if the injectors will work?  It's a one in a million thought, but they do talk, and the EM-2 can change the lookup tables.  Would the injector simulate mode actuate the injectors if all the fuel incjection tables were zero?  Maybe try powering off the EM-2, and then resetting the EC-2 defaults to see if anything changes (leaving the EM-2 off the whole time).

I wouldn't do this to Ed. He has a full plate as is, but you are
closer :)

What full plate?  Is it seniors night at one of the local restaurants :-)

Rusty (just kidding Ed)
