Two things:  Have you checked that the processor chip(s) are fully =
seated in
plug (base); and -  is the behavior the same for both controllers?

If you have +12 power to pins 33 or 34, and you have the serial lead
connected to the EM2, and the processor in functioning, you should not =
see
NOP.  Possibly something has happened in shipping or handling.  If the
processor is not functioning of course you can not trigger the =
injectors. =20
