Buly, if your Mode 1 injector simulator is NOT firing your injectors (they don't click) then the problem should not the CAS.  When you set Mode 1 and press the program store button - they should click away like mad.  You indicated that the ignition simulator (mode 8) did cause the sparkplugs to fire.  If you simulators were causing the injectors to click and ignition to fire and the engine would still not start, then I would suspect the CAS. But, like John said, never hurts to check since you have checked everything else.

If  your injectors are NOT clicking in simulation mode  then the only thing I can think of are (most probable to least):

1.  No 12V power to the injectors
2. Wiring between EC2 and injectors not making connection (I know you've checked 10 times {:>))
3.  If you are using the Resistors, check that they are Ok (shouldn't get 12V power to injectors if they are not OK)
4.  The Injector simulation mode of the EC2 is bad.
5.  All 4 injectors are bad
6.  Injector connectors are not fully seated

When you put Bob's EC2 in did you try the injector simulator with it?  I presume you did - and nothing happened.

Ed

Thanks john. At this point I'll try anything :)

Buly, pull the cover of the CAS and check the position with the  timing marks, sometimes unusual things happen in that area.  JohnD
