After work I performed a new battery of tests;
With the harness plugged in the EC2 and the ground connected, I removed the board and performed all the tests suggested by all, buy touching the the pins on the back where they are soldered to the board. This way I eliminated the the possibility of bad connector pin. There is power to both 12V+ pins. Triggered all the injectors from the ground return pins as Tracy suggested.
Also checked the pins to make sure one is not sinking when pressed down. They are all solid, even and straight.
I wander, what is triggering the grounding pins in the EC? Since the injector priming and testing features are not working, but all the others do?
