Just for your information I've found that the
largest exhaust port is found in the Cosmo rotor housings and is the one of
choice (for me at least) for P-porting.
I can't answer the other questions for
certain.

The Cosmo is probably the hardest set of housings to find. I don't know
if they can be purchased at all anymore.

The reason I mentioned it is that we get there down here easy
enough.
I also like them because they work with the 12A/ RX8 housings (seal
groove in rotor housings- which probably won't suite most rebuilds. I forgot
about this when I mentioned it to everyone.
