This engine is not used at that low an RPM so it is not tuned to be ideal there. It is used between 7,800 RPM (229.4 HP) and 9,600 (242.2 HP) with peak power at 9,400 RPM ( 244.8 HP). With a Pport and some work on tuned lengths, perhaps 120 HP at 7,500 RPM. is available. Sun&Fun is still ongoing. You all should be there. Just looking at a dyno sheet from one of my bridge ported 12As shows 21= 8.2=20 HP at 7,500
