Isn't that what you want?
 
The engine offset is to counter "P" factor during low speed flight, at high throttle settings, as in take off or a go around. This where "P" factor is most apparent and air speed and control effectiveness are the lowest. This is so you don't run out of rudder travel while trying to fly in a straight line the runway centerline.
 
At cruise speed, where control effectiveness is the best, the fin offset is just enough so that constant rudder input is not required. The engine offset at cruise is of little value, but has little affect on top speed.
