Hi Ed,

Forget the transducers and use brute force.  Plumb up a 1 or 2 gallon gas can to both the feed and return lines and fill it with a precisely measured quantity of fuel, probably easiest to do by weight with a decent digital kitchen scale.  Run the engine at a chosen power setting for a given amount of time, then weigh what's left to see how much was burned.  Compare if to your computations and develop your constant.  Do it again at different power levels and record all your constants... you now have your curve.  Interpolating values should be pretty straightforward at that point.  Of course, you've probably done all this already so I'll shut up now.
