Hi Ernest,
I was there about 3:00 PM and left at 3:30 to head back to HRJ. It wasn't
that smooth when I flew, but not too bad either. Just a few bumps and
thermals.

The weather here, though a little cool, was outstanding, so I flew both
yesterday and today. I only did .4 yesterday, because the auto gear
extension kept extending the gear when it shouldn't. Landed and got that
fixed, so I did an hour today, just flying around locally and one landing
at
a nearby airport, Sanford. I was going to fly the ILS there, but the
winds
were favoring the other direction, and there was a fair amount of traffic.
Dang-it! When were you there. I drove down at 4:30 and my youngest son
and I took one of the club's 152s up to Southeast Greensboro. The air
was smooth as silk, but was kind of hazy at 4000 ft. If I had known you
were going to be there, I'd have gone down at a different time.
