   I think you may be looking at the wrong end of the country.
Variprop appears to be in Virginia.  I'd bet that Pitch Control Systems
started out making wind turbine propellers.

even installed yet. Its called Variprop by Pitch
Control Systems out of Tigard Oregon. We will be the
ginuea pig & keep you informed if this is a real deal.
