Steve,

I noticed in your = attached picture=20 a solid aluminum tube feeding the redrive. Please check this often, = and=20 consider supporting the tube in mid span to avoid the possibility of = fatigue=20 cracking from (the 'non-existant') vibration.

 

I have = basically=20 the same = setup.  I=20 put a =91snubber=92 at the re-drive plate.
