Doug,
They have an O-ring on them........Try soaking them with WD-40 then
gently try to break them loose by pushing them out from inside the manifold.
I have had good luck using this method but be careful they will break.....
I think the consensus of opinion is that the primary diffusers in the center
iron housing are more useful to help idle......most do not seem to be using
the ones for the secondary injectors.........

Is there an easy way to remove the small plastic looking diffusers located in the intake manifold secondary runners? If I do remove them is it worth placing them in the new holes I'll be drilling to place the secondaries on the side of the stock six port manifold vs. the top (Tracy's idea from 1998 or so). I appears that it may be possible to push them out to the inside (or outside), but I can't tell for sure and don't necessarily want to break them if there would be some benefit in reinstalling them later.
