Being lazy, I tried the least work method (PDFcreator)
first. Your macro method looks like it will be the best way to do it
when distributing the final version of the data logger and I will incorporate
that into my Excel program since it will not require users to have
PDFcreator and I assume I can't distribute it with commercial
products.

I'll upload some
data logging stuff from my first flight with it soon. Rusty is
correct, it is amazing what info you can glean from reviewing the data and the
relationships between various parameters.
