Thanks Al, I agree it seems awful thin. However, I will be using it downstream of the Turbo (and after a foot of 321 pipe). I want to use it to absorb vibration, movement and expansion on the way to the new muffler that I am installing (flowmaster). Also, rumor is that it worked for Tracy to go from his header to muffler. The turbo should soften things up even more....
If I get 200 hrs out of it between replacement, I would consider that a success. Although I may want to think of a new way to attach it rather than having to weld it on every 200 hrs. Something like this clamp may be an option:

I wouldn't expect much from this stuff – it's only .010" wall thickness. It may be fine on a rotary if far from the ports; and maybe downstream from a muffler. Otherwise the temperatures and the pulses would likely destroy it.

Tracy, I understand you have been using flexible pipe and it has been holding up OK. I just want to make sure you are using the same stuff. Here is the link to what I have:
Is that the same stuff you are using? Has it really held up? My plan for installation is to have u-joint flanges welded on. Any better ideas or tips?
