Gee, it seems I may be one of the few that got my mount and got it in a =
reasonable time.  That being said, I got mine 3 to 4 years ago.  Fred =
always seemed friendly and helpful, but since the "medical issues" that =
others have reported, I have heard y'all's type of story somewhat =
routinely.  Too bad. I have sympathy, however, this seems quite =
unacceptable.  Good luck
