Rupert bought the lot as a package - he had to take the lot or leave it. Rupert, although a decent bloke and reputable small businessman, is not Rotary savvy! 

I ask myself why would someone need that information ?

I don't care, BUT Homeland Security, AND the EPA, are now scrutinizing us like !!!!!!!!!

We will be safe from used auto engines, being imported from abroad!!! I feel so safe now.
