I've got to add a way to attach the in and out hoses to my radiator (I'm

I wrap the ends of the core with thick layers of wet towels and bungee cords. I weld on the long run of a dash 12 bulkhead 90. Sawed off and anodize wire brushed from the weld area.

Just weld it on is three steps. Let it cool. Add water to the towel and weld some more. You can do the whole thing and never get the core too hot to touch. I have never had one leak.

Used them for water radiators and oil coolers. They weld up very nice. They look fabulous and are cheap.
