Actually, Dave Leonard's "Rotary Roster" does already contain most of
the information we're talking about here.  It is also sorted alphabetically,
but requires - as you mention - "looking up" (scrolling down to) a
particular individual's data.  That is not major problem to overcome, it's
just a matter of adding one field to each person's entry to link directly
to that persons data within the page.
