When I cold start, I turn the mixture to 3 o'clock, cold start on, bump the prime twice, and hit the starter. Even after sitting for a month or more, it fires up after about 2-3 seconds of cranking. If I don't have the mixture turned to rich, or the cold start on though, it won't fire.
