I've been working on the cowling for the last two months. I am finally
at the final stages of my first attempt. Rather than flood the list
with a bunch of photos, I have posted them on my web site at

The plenum's are integral with the cowling. They will be sealed at the
back with silicone baffle seal. A small piece can be seen in a couple
of the photos where I'm trying to determine exactly where it should be
attached. As soon as I get that finished, I will do a test with the
leaf blower.
