Question is it ok to remove one tension bolt at a time without affecting = the internal oil and water seals? I'm about to mod the eccentric shaft = oil bypass=20 valve and put the spiral of silicon around the tension = bolts.
 
Question is it ok to remove one tension = bolt at a=20 time without affecting the internal oil and water seals?
