I am currently rebuilding my engine. I found coolant in the rear chamber during the exhaust mod. Torn the engine down tonight and thought I would share with the group.

 

I found the inner o-ring channel on the rear (airplane) housing had quite a bit of corrosion in one spot. I suspect there was not enough material there to support the o-ring during compression. The o-ring was burnt completely through. There was about a 1/8 void area. I have attached a few pictures. I also have a few pictures of my rotor housing. I wanted to get an opinion on the corners of the housing. The front housing has a small amount of chrome missing on one edge.
