Scott,
It looks like you have a sharp edge inside the manifold log, where the intake tube intersects. That usually is a 'no-no' from a pressure drop standpoint, are you planning on putting a rounded edge in that area?

Subject: [FlyRotary] Fuel Injector O Rings and SDSEFI Injector Bosses

Hello All...

I've searched the archives, but can't seem to come up
with an answer to what are ID of the O Rings for 13b
injectors.

I have SDSEFI's injector bosses(
http://www.sdsefi.com/newboss2.jpg
"...Shown above are the new CNC'd injector bosses
available for use with standard 14mm O-ring type Bosch
injectors. ..." "..."O" rings are .575 in. O.D. top
and bottom. ..."

Using

and
http://lancaironline.net/lists/flyrotary/Message/21588.html?Language=

It would seem the injectors I have are 460cc 86-87.

What I don't know is what should be the ID of the O
rings for the injectors?  Are ID all the same for the
injectors?

Also using
http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/PartsJPEGs/Injectors/RX7195500-2010_4.jpg
It seems there are 3 types of Rings/Grommets on the
injectors.  Are all 3 necessary?

Or even more simply, anyone who has used the SDSEFI
bosses and stock injectors, what did you use for your
O rings?

As an aside I have used the STS2000 brazing rods Ed
Anderson has mentioned to assembled the intake
manifold.  They have been great.  The ease of use and
the strength is pretty amazing.

Any info and guidence is appreciated.

Thx in advance...

-Scott
