What are the sizes for the heater hose/water hose outlets on the rear
iron. One big one next to the Oil Pressure sensor.. and a little one on
the top, opposite of the big one.
What are people doing with these to plug them off? or where are they
routing hoses from them to?

Hi, Dave.
I tried sending this directly to you, but earthlink would not allow me
to apply for residence on your approved senders list....:>) I can only
assume that they somehow know me!! :>O
On my Renesis, I had to remove the thermostat tower and replace it with
a plate, so I do not have a return for the heater hose outlet next to
the oil pressure sensor, or, for that matter, a place to attach a water
pressure sensor. So...I plan to put a short length of hose on it and
attach a water pressure sensor to that hose. (just enough hose to clamp
the sensor to the outlet)
The small outlet on the top, I plan to use as an air purge. My radiator
is mounted in the rear, between the engine and firewall, and is the
highest part of the cooling system. So... I am running a hose between
the small outlet and an inlet in the radiator just below the radiator
cap. This should purge the air out of the engine and into the radiator,
which I will keep topped off. The radiator will be connected to an
overflow bottle(just like in the car) to take care of the expansion and
contraction of the coolant.
This assumes that after all the air is purged out of the system, the
only air purging necessary will be taken care of by the overflow bottle.
(highest point in the cooling system...air collects there...is purged
out into the overflow bottle when the pressure exceeds the 21 lb
radiator cap)
All this is theoretical, since my engine is not yet running.
