A water mister would cool things down and provide the needed cooling
during climb out on hot days.  By the time you've reached your cruise
altitude, you've expended the water and you no longer have to carry the
extra weight of the water.  You can use a cheap window washer pump and
garden plumbing.  I think Tracy used this system off and on. =20
