Have you thought about those two crap bolts that hold the oil  pickup tube onto the engine?
Shouldn't they be high quality socket head cap screws, torqued and  safety wired together?

In my case.. I replaced those bolts with high grade metric hex head  bolts, drilled them for safety wire, torqued and wired them.  Especially since they were located where I could not check them.
